Great and fab location near OF BARS AND NIGHTLIFE, a short walk to the beach and the seaside, everything good. Modern rooms with all facilities. Location near the centre.

This place was made for nightlife. Having kitchen available meant we could cook for ourselves. There was a comfy bed, particularly good bathroom.

Marvellous setting, close enough to all the bars and all the nightlife. Excellent staff with good travel recommendations.

We truly enjoyed the stay, it was really amazing. A microwave oven, a fridge, and kitchenware were provided.

we had a really amazing stay in benidorm really close to shops, restaurants, bars, the centre of benidorm, and of bars. it was marvellous and fab close to beach.

Overall it was amazing experience and I really enjoyed the stay. Marvellous and particularly good location near restaurants as well as the beach, and the room was new-fashioned. Active and excellent staff made me feel so welcome.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It was also conveniently close to the seaside and the beach, making it an ideal spot for leisurely strolls or sunbathing. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds.

There was a serious hygiene issue on the stairs, which was not promptly addressed by the hotel staff.

The location was absolutely perfect for enjoying the vibrant nightlife, delicious restaurants, and beautiful beach. the apartment itself was secure and safe, with a spacious balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sea. the rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and all the necessary amenities like extra pillows, linen, towels, and even an iron and ironing board. the lounge area was well-equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a comfortable sofa. the kitchen had everything we needed, along with a dining table and chairs. our experience at Apartamentos Niza was outstanding, and we would definitely choose to stay here again. Cons: All was good! 😊.
